The site SwissBoxIPTV (https://swissboxiptv.ch) operates an IPTV access distribution service. For any question: contact@swissboxiptv.ch.

Support: 7j/7 · 24h/24, exclusively by email and via the website contact form.

Hosting

Site hosted on edge cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare Inc.). Database and email delivery operated via GDPR-compliant European providers.

02, Privacy

Privacy policy

SwissBoxIPTV respects your privacy in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP/nLPD) and the GDPR. We never sell, rent or share your data for commercial purposes.

Data collected

Contact details, email address provided during order or contact form.
Payment data, processed by secure providers (PayPal, Stripe, TWINT). No banking data is stored on our servers.
Technical data, IP address, device type, browser, only for security and diagnostic purposes.
Usage statistics, anonymised audience measurement (Umami, no third-party cookies).

Purposes

Activation and provision of your IPTV subscription.
Sending credentials, order confirmations and invoices.
Technical assistance and customer support by email.
Fraud prevention and account security.
Compliance with our legal and accounting obligations.

Retention

Your data is kept for the duration of your subscription, then up to 12 months after its expiry to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Beyond that, it is permanently deleted.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection and restriction of processing. To exercise them, write to contact@swissboxiptv.ch. We respond within 30 days. In case of disagreement, you can contact the Swiss FDPIC, or your national supervisory authority in the EU.

03, Refunds

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate delivery of credentials, refunds are granted only in the following cases:

Persistent technical issue, the service does not work on your device despite full support assistance.
Double charge, payment error resulting in a duplicate debit.
Non-delivery, you have not received your credentials within 24 hours of payment (after checking your spam folder).

Cases of non-refund

Change of mind after service activation.
Device incompatibility not reported before purchase.
Request made more than 48 hours after activation.
Breach of the terms of sale.
Reseller subscriptions.

Processing time

Eligible requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund is made via the same payment method used for the order. To submit a request, write to contact@swissboxiptv.ch stating your order number and the reason.

04, Terms

General terms of sale

Purpose

These Terms govern the sale of IPTV subscriptions by SwissBoxIPTV to any adult acting as an end consumer or registered reseller.

Order & payment

The order is validated upon full receipt of payment (TWINT, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, crypto). Prices are shown in CHF incl. tax on the Pricing page and may be adjusted without notice for new orders.

Delivery of access

Credentials are sent by email within an indicative 5 minutes to 1 hour after receipt of payment. No physical media is shipped.

Duration & renewal

The subscription runs from the activation of access for the chosen duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). No automatic renewal: a new subscription must be ordered before expiry.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 16 m) of EU directive 2011/83 and art. 40a Swiss CO, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with the customer's express consent.

Liability

SwissBoxIPTV acts as an access reseller. Quality of service depends on the customer's Internet connection and the upstream provider's stream. Our liability is limited to the amount of the current subscription.

Use

One account = one household. Sharing credentials with third parties, unauthorised commercial use or use via multi-country VPN/proxy may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Applicable law

Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's seat, subject to mandatory consumer law provisions applicable to the customer.

05, Copyright

DMCA & intellectual property

SwissBoxIPTV respects intellectual property rights and complies with the DMCA as well as the Swiss Copyright Act.

SwissBoxIPTV acts as a reseller of access to IPTV services. We do not host, store or broadcast any audiovisual content.

Reporting a violation

Rights holders may notify us of any alleged infringement by sending to contact@swissboxiptv.ch a claim containing:

Full identity and contact details of the rights holder.
Precise description of the protected work.
Exact URL or identifier of the disputed content.
Good faith statement that the use is not authorised.
Declaration of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
Electronic or handwritten signature.

Any valid notification is processed within 72 business hours and forwarded to the relevant stream provider.

Site ownership

All elements of the SwissBoxIPTV site — texts, graphics, logos, design, code — are the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected by copyright.

06, Cookies

Cookie policy

Our site uses a minimum of cookies and similar technologies to operate and measure its audience. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Strictly necessary cookies, essential for the operation of the site (session, language preferences).
Anonymised audience measurement, Umami Analytics, no third-party cookies or data sharing.

You can configure or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the use of certain features.
