Contact us
Email contact@swissboxiptv.ch stating the subscription you chose and your wish to pay in crypto. We send you the final discounted amount (−10%) and the matching Binance payment address.

Open your Binance app
In the Binance app, go to "Wallet" → "Spot" → "Withdraw" (or "Send"). Select the desired cryptocurrency (USDT recommended).

Enter our details
Paste the wallet address we provided, double-check the network (TRC20 by default), enter the exact crypto amount and confirm with your 2FA.

Send us the proof
Once the transaction is sent, email us the transaction hash (TxID). Your IPTV access is activated as soon as the blockchain confirms (usually < 5 min).
Confirmation time
USDT TRC20 / BEP20: under 2 minutes. Bitcoin: 10–30 minutes. Credentials are emailed immediately after confirmation.
Important
- Always check the network (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20…) before sending: a wrong network may cause permanent loss of funds.
- The payment address is provided to you individually by email — never reuse an address found elsewhere.
- The crypto amount is fixed at the rate when the quote is sent (valid for 30 minutes).

Can I pay from a platform other than Binance?
Yes — Coinbase, Kraken, Kucoin, Trust Wallet, MetaMask… any platform that lets you withdraw on the listed networks works. Binance is just the most convenient.
What happens if I pick the wrong network?
Funds may be permanently lost. Always double-check the network before confirming.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes — an invoice mentioning the crypto payment and the discount is emailed after confirmation.
