SS-IPTV (Simple Smart IPTV) is a free, lightweight app designed for Samsung and LG Smart TVs. It plays your IPTV channels straight from an m3u playlist — no box or extra hardware required.

Step 1 — Install SS-IPTV on Samsung Tizen
- Open the Samsung App Store from Smart Hub
- Search for "SS IPTV"
- Select the app and tap Install
- Launch it — a 7-digit pairing code appears
Step 2 — Install SS-IPTV on LG webOS
- Open the LG Content Store
- Search for "SS IPTV"
- Tap Install then launch the app
- Note the 7-digit code displayed on screen
Step 3 — Add your m3u playlist
From a computer or phone, open ss-iptv.com/en/users/playlist.
- Enter the 7-digit code shown on your TV
- Paste the m3u URL provided by your IPTV provider
- Name the playlist (e.g. SwissBoxIPTV)
- Click Save — the playlist appears on the TV immediately
Tips for a better experience
- Use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi to avoid buffering
- Enable video caching in SS-IPTV settings
- Restart the app after each playlist update
- Make sure your TV supports H.265 for 4K
Troubleshooting common issues
- "Playlist not loaded" → check the m3u URL is active and your subscription is valid
- Stuttering image → switch to wired and cap quality at 1080p
- App missing → make sure your Smart TV is from 2016 or newer
- Expired code → reload the app to generate a new 7-digit code
